"Big Tex Surplus" sounds mighty impressive ... suitably from the great big state of Texas!
Not to disappoint, but "Big Tex" is really a cozy partnership of myself, Petrea, and my partner Christie. That's it. The warehouse is our downtown loft; the shipping department is on an extra roll-around bed. ;)
We aim to impress you with our caring, not with a phony, over-inflated, big-business image. Our only goal is customer satisfaction. It would upset us personally to know a customer wasn't satisfied. We believe that doing the right thing is good business.
